Eh? the 7200 is the HP version of the philips 3610 which is an RW drive. 
The CDR one is the 2600 Philips, or 6200 HP. (which are both best avoided with
a barge pole nowadays.) Best CDR by a long way are Plextor, best CD-R/W IDE
seems to be either Sony Spressa or the Yamaha, SCSI Yamaha/Plextor.
