Hi,
I remember XMCD from a previous version of SuSE and if I remember correctly,
you actually have to go through an install routine before it works. Not sure
if it is automatically installed when you pick it in SuSE 6.1
About other apps not working, I've found that under KDE, soem of the games
refuse to work. One in particular - can't remember the name right now
(Samegame?) - works until you finish a level, then it shows the highest
score and bombs out. It worked with SuSE 6.0. It's kind of annoying, 'cos I
liked the game!!...:)
