Curious, that's not how a manager-type friend from California put it. He
mentioned that it was difficult to get Irish people to do overtime, but
there were also few "coffee-cup-holders" - people who wander around the
office with a cup of coffee wasting time talking to people. And, seeing as
Irish wages are still half what american ones are, there is a lot of money
to be saved...
