I'd guess that it's because the a chunk of netscape is still running even
after is apperently crashed. It shows up with some name with lib in it, I
can't quiet remember it but you will have to do a ps aux | grep net to get
rid of it. Another sympthon will be that top will show 90% CPU usage a lot
of the time.
