Don't believe anything you see in a spam regarding removal, or regarding
legality. These statements are just as suspicious as the advertisements
themselves. Spam is a breach of the AUP of any good ISP; report it
(properly - feel free to contact me for info on header forgery). If the
ISP doesn't take responsibility, they will find themselves on the MAPS RBL.
MAPS is the only blackhole organisation I would recommend.
