I think it's quite good, but then I'm not a lawyer.
One thing though, there is a "fair use" clause we should have. It's
reasonably ok to quote from a source for a couple of lines without
contacting the source. Maybe that should go into the 5th paragraph
somewhere (the paragraph about quoting)
