I was asking around a few weeks ago about this, and came away unhappy --
it's pretty pricey considering all I was after was a jmason.org ;)

The one thing *I* would be after in addition to the mail/web hosting,
would be the ability to run my own named and possibly throw in some
lines into /etc/aliases.

Unfortunately I don't think many hosting places will let you
do that kind of thing, so you're stuck fetchmail'ing and procmail'ing
and asking for DNS changes etc.  Yuck.

Gotta persuade netnoteinc.com to fork out for a leased line one of these
days ;)
