They probably mean systems using the DEC\Compaq ALPHA.
Microsoft are being ambiguous about the feature set as per usual.
I've seen a presentation on it out here, According to the Microsoft spin not
only does it sing but it can also tap dance all while spinning plates and
doing calculus. ;-)
