[ILUG] Alan Cox may come to LAID!

[ILUG] Alan Cox may come to LAID!

Subject says it all, if Alan were to be persuaded to come to LAID in
Cork this November, what would you all like to hear him talk about?
Kernel issues?
Development of Linux in the years ahead?
Coding in Linux Vs Windows
Using Linux as a development platform for other operating systems.

I don't know if he has opinions or knows about all the above, they're
just ideas.

I didn't see Kenns' original mail about LAID yesterday, I think he
probably mentioned dynamic web pages. I'll be giving some kind of talk
on the web serving side of Linux, including dynamic pages using PHP/Perl
and integrating databases with the webserver. Also a quick run through
of some issues when installing the packages.

Donncha.
