Can someone offer a good place for a face to face, this weekend ?
There are a few things that have come up over the last few weeks that we
should have a chat about...and not in a pub...
Can anyone suggest a decent venue ? Perhaps there are rooms in TCD
available on a Saturday afternoon, early ? We could go to some food place
afterwards too...
Stuff to discuss:
Setting up Linux contracting companies (some cunning plans are afoot)
ILUG centric web hosting (I know there is a POTD tonight, but that's
not everyone is going to be there)
Kevin Lyda's Kernel patch project, as a start to getting people off
their arses & contributing to Linux (I've a decent game design I'm
going to start implementing in a few months, an old design Doc is
on http://www.redbrick.dcu.ie/~valen/babylon.txt, and I'll be
looking for help)
An installfest sometime soon after the colleges start back next month
And, no doubt the usual. Sorry about the short timing, but that
shouldn't realistically be a problem for most Dublin people.
