I've found a company that offers box hosting starting from 99 dollars a month
and has differenet hosting packages which scale nicely. Mind you there is an
intial setup fee of around 250 dollars, or cheaper if you send over your own
box (yep, wander down to the gpo and ask for a 32p stamp to send a kick ass
server over to america :) I've not used them so I don't know what they're like,
anyway the url is http://www.9netave.com. Another option is the likes of
http://www.webaxxs.net which I've used a few times, they provide lots of disk
space and all the other bells and whistles for quite cheap.
