No, NT will look for Win9x and put an entry on its bootloader screen.
Win9x won't look for NT. So the (Microsoft-reccomended) order is Win9x
then NT.
Do Linux last because it gives you the most freedom to put stuff anywhere
you want and is less likely to kill another OS.
