[ILUG] Linux threads

Anyone know a good online manual for using threads under Linux. I did
learn thread programming a long time ago but it was very sketchy and I
would like something more concrete. I'm getting tired of guessing what
functions do in libraries and it would be nice for a change for a nice
manual to spell it out to me :-)

ps yes I have looked around already and the linux threads page isn't
particularly helpful nor could I find anything other than basic tutorials
which aren't worth spit.
