OK, the scheme I'm referring to is called TalkSaver (see
http://www.eircom.ie/AtHome/Products/Talksaver.html for more
info). Padraig Brady was referring to Business Savers which
applies to business accounts (but seems to offer pretty much
the same deal (http://www.eircom.ie/InBusiness/Products/business.html).
The 50 pounds limit is implemented by applying no discount to
the first 50pounds-worth of calls in the billing period and
then applying the discount to all subsequent calls.
