I'll probably go with Peats then (unless someone knows of somewhere even
cheaper), as I can't use my credit cards for a while ;( so that puts das &
scan out of the picture for me, for now at least.

Peats have a £75 9 port hub (8 TP & 1BNC)
I got a very cheap Bay netgear 5 port hub from
Dabs direct in the UK. Dabs is really the best
for getting HW. Just logon (www.dabs.co.uk)
select what you want from a huge range,
and it arrives in a couple of days.
