[0] ...if you switch them to "Switzerland" or "Austria" - otherwise, the
    stupid dialing rules[1] of the "Deutsche Telekom" apply... :-(
[1] You've got two choices: Either you wait at least 30secs between each
    dial attempt, or you repeat the dial attempts as fast as you can - but
    only 12 times, then you have to wait for several hours(!). Arrrgh!
