[ILUG] [Fwd: Question: How can I install Linux on a Win98 mac hine?]

If you have the money consider buying Caldera OpenLinux 2.2,
I had a fully configured Dual Boot system (Using
a Caldera edition of Partition Magic) in under 20mins out of the box...no
messing with config files, the Kernel,X-Server or Lilo and as your setting
up your mouse and VideoDisplay during the fully graphical install procedure
It install the packages in the background and then sets them up for you.
A quick reboot and enabling of the PQ Bootmanager in Win98 and You'll be
able to boot between Windows and OpenLinux (Running a Caldera hacked KDE
1.1) at startup.
Heck I spent more time playing Tetris while it installed the system in the
background than setting the thing up.
Simplicity itself.

Mark.
