I'm normally averse to splitting lists, but I think ILUG can be improved
if the split's done proper. Idea:
* Create a proper charter for ILUG to establish what's on topic
(suggest: anything directly linux related, not just Q/A stuff.
Keep it broad but not silly)
* Create offtopic at linux.ie for everything else (.com registration,
non-linux Telecom stuff, interesting slashdot articles, try my website)
* Keep the social list, for the moment at least
* If the listowner tells you to move to offtopic, do it
