[ILUG] MP3 rippers

try cdparanoia for ripping the cd's into wav's and bladeenc/8hz-mp3 for
converting to mp3. There's a nice frontend for them, grip, which already has
cdparanoia incorporated in it. 

I don't have links, but they should all be on freshmeat.
