[ILUG] clearing up a few things

[ILUG] clearing up a few things

John McDonnell johnmc at student.nuigalway.ie
Tue Jun 8 21:56:41 IST 1999

apologies for any inconvenienced caused by student.nuigalway.ie's lack of
mail facilities over the w/e.

The t-shirts - still waiting on Kit Cosper to reply. Mailing him again as
soon as I finish this message.

DECstations - hmmm, must get working on the 5000/120...

Macs - Avoid NuBUS PowerPC macs like the plague... I have one and there's
no way that LinuxPPC will work on it... needs open firmware and MkLinux is
still in doubtful stage... won't boot.

I think that's it... although there may be another one or two things
that'll hit me soon.

johnmc.
