I think you have to sign up to use Oceans telephone service, although
the oceanfree.net page is terrible so I'm not sure.
Their faq says you need CLI on your phone, so they know your phone
number when you ring. I guess it could be used for marketing purposes.
They don't seem to give technical details on IP settings and only a
Windows setup exe file. *grrr*
I'll pick up one of their cdroms from Texaco on the way home today. Hope
they're available.
