Since Sega have announced that Dreamcast will provide free Internet
Access and network Gameplaying resources across Europe (Sega have struck a
deal with BT and ICL). I wonder will Ocean (A collaboration between the ESB
and BT), be the Irish connection to this "Dreamcast network"...?
