i think how they do it is charge for the use of their trunmks lines, or
whatever cable infrastructure is being used. the number is a local call
number. they seem to have covered the whole of the island. the waterfor
dnumber is (if anyone is interested) 322321. I tried the connection a
number of times tonite, and it dropped it each time. granted i am on an
extension.
btw, you can get the cd from any esb/texaco garage, or d/l software from
nthe net.
anyway, will be interesting to see how long it lasts. hopefully for a
while.
