i remember once i was bored and tried out every command in /bin and
/usr/sbin.

I found one utility that would give you a random string suitable for
passwords and the like. Best of all it had an option so that the characters
would be alternately one on the left of the keyboard next on the right hand
side, etc. handy for easy to type, but gibberish passwords.

it also had options for lenght of the string, amount of
numbers/non-alpha-numeric characters, etc.

I was never able to find that command back..
