Although I was planning on putting slightly more than local content on
cork.linux.ie, such as opinion columns (about Linux and technology) by
some of us here in Cork, the main thrust of the site is planned to be
simply for local content. I see it being the perfect place for reports
of meetings, installfests and other events. This content should be
linked from www.linux.ie but tutorials and ANYTHING of general interest
to the rest of the world should be on the "www" site.
I see this all as a time to grow. If the cork site gets neglegted then
let's kill it and transfer everything back to www.linux.ie. I feel we
can do a good job of it though.
Donncha.
