We've all seen LOAF (Linux on a Floppy) projects,
My question is what is the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM needed to be a working linux
system, ability to dial a ppp link and network are the two main functions
I'd want. Some reliable (basic) MTA (maybe qmail) along with routing and
firewalling would also be necessary.
Disk space isn't limited to floppy, although below 5MB would be a target
(Not including user space / swap)
