Try matrix developments in the UK - 0044 1873 852288. They sell a range
of
thermal transfer & direct printers.
Most label printers can operate some form of simple emulation over a
standard serial / parallel connection. Many of them have add on modules
to enable pc-less label printing.
Just make sure you get a programming manual from the manufacturer.
