I saw Laser on the linux.ie web-site and despite having mixed experience
of them before, decided to give them another go (especially since I needed
a cross-over cable at 4:45pm and they were the only ones who would make
one up!) I spent 4 hours configuring network cards and software thereafter
before checking the specs of what a cross-over cable should look like and
realising that the one they had given me looked nothing like it.
So, is it just me who has bad experience of them, or should their name
still be on the "Reccomended List"?
Eoin
PS In fairness to them - they acknowledged the mistake and gave me my
money back today.
