Unfortunately that only appears to apply to cable connected Nokias.
Furthermore, every mention I've seen of the IR on the 61x0 implies that it
doesn't play well with other devices. That said, IR and (say) Palms seems to
be a lot easier, patch the kernel, install the irda utils point pilot-link at
the correct device, and presto!
