As in: you create in iso image which includes updated packages?
Yes, it can be done. Just replace the packages in the dir tree,
and then regenerate RedHat/base/hdlist to reflect the updates. The tool
for this is misc/src/anaconda/utils/genhdlist.
Can't help you further because I have never done this, but the
source for genhdlist (in the same dir) should make it clear enough
what to do.
