[ILUG] correction to ms slander

Yesterday I made the slanderous allegation
that Redmond's finest would probably use yesterday's 
stock fall to buy shares. This isn't all that likely in 
the short term as the company would  have to report
any attempt to buy back its own stock to the market
which would then report it to the press.

In short they could do it but it'd look real bad.
