Sadly, no.
The Winprinter drivers require direct access to the hardware of the printer
itself, while the vmware interface presents a generic hardware printer.
As Linux cannot recognise or drive the printer itself, it has nothing to
present to the Windows session, so the session won't see any hardware at
all. VMWare does not let client OSes access the hardware directly, so even
the original Winprinter drivers running under the client Win9x/NT session
will not work.
