Yes. However, many companies don't agree, and believe it's enough to
have the personnell dept. scan applicant CVs for the appropriate
certs, and throw away anyone who doesn't have them, because some
companies believe that certification companies are better judges of
skill than their own employees, and of course, a certification company
is totally impartial, right?
