I'll give it go, but perhaps you could get rid of the numbered list.
Much easier to copy and paste all your directions to an xterm without
them :) (after reading them of course!)
Qmail always stumped me.. I could never stop it relaying! I knew how to
stop it but it blocked off local users as well.
