Hi,
after much "weeping and knashing of teeth" over the last few nights I have
finally managed to get the KDE dialler Kppp to connect to IOL. There is
however one small final point to tidy up. It relates to the last line or so of
the chat dialog box.
After login, password etc., IOL enters PPP mode and sends ip number. Then it
starts to send a stream of strange characters, the first being "~" What
should I send back?
What actually happens next is that KPPP opens a terminal window, I click
continue, and then the PPP connection fires up fully.
As I said I feel I am almost there. Can anyone help?
