[ILUG] Linux Directory Structure

[ILUG] Linux Directory Structure

     Howsit,

Can someone point me to a definitive standards document which will
indicate the correct usage of the Linux Directory structure. I'm
assuming that it'll probably be a UNIX standard?
After a year of mauling Linux, and with a directory tree that would
probably bring a tear to the eyes of a lot of people on this list,
I've decided that I'd better at least _be aware_ of the right place to
     put things...

     Ta very muchly.

     Ian
