What strikes me immediately, is that none of the women on the list found
Anton's post to be sufficiently offensive as to respond in the same vein
as Kevin's post. I suspect that the women on the list by and large
would have taken the post in the spirit in which I presume it was
intended... as a little gentle needling.
Incidentally, as regards "geek" being a term of derision, I have been
calling myself a geek since adolescence,
