I wanted to get money off Colm for tshirts for LAID. I left it too late
as it was and got the money off Solas Data as it was.. We managed to get
sponsors for everything at LAID this year. That's why it didn't cost you
anything to attend, but there are a lot of costs that weren't covered
like phone bills and petrol costs. I know my mobile bill is going to be
up a bit next month.. If there was a proper financial system set up it
could be made much easier to provide for these expenses.

As Ken said, content, content, content. Also, ideas for automating
various parts of it like the People page, and putting people in charge
of parts of the site and providing them with a nice web based interface
they can use to enter text and preview it before it appears on the site.
Themes for the site.
Development apps like bugzilla and maybe CVS. I'm working on a web based
email/contact manager/marketing app that could do with some version
control in a short while..

I already suggested someone to Ken, but I second this request too!

Donncha.
