Could also be that most of ILUG people are in Dublin, and the last two
face to face things were outside Dublin ?
I'd appriciate if the person that offered a room in Kevin st. could
make that booking concrete. Could we set it for Saturday 27th, say
around 2:30pm, retiring to a nearby pub/cafe afterwards (I don't know
any nearby, so I'll let someone that knows pick that) ?
It's been our experience that less than a weeks notice, or before 1pm
kills a face to face :) Anyone know any other events happening that week
(of geek interest) that we could go to afterwards ?
Also, can you find out whether or not we would be allowed feed in said
room ? It would be cool if we could do a deal with a pizza company, to
get a dose of pizza delivered, cheap as we finish up. (It's been my xp
that pizza companies can deliver 16" pizzas for £6 in bulk, if you give
them advance warning).
