Fair enough. The saturday after. That's two and a half weeks for people
to make sure peoples birthdays and exams are moved around.
Actually. Can whoever said they could get a room - book about four. One
biggish one (around a hundred) and three small ones. Then we can get a
few people to host bird-of-a-feather type meetings in the smaller rooms.
Make it more than a "Hello, lets go to the pub" thing.
