How many times have you rang an 087 number which divertes. only then to
hear 
You are connected to Eircell Playback, We regret that this answering
service is currently not avaliable for the Eircell customer you are
calling.

Conclusion (from both personal & observed experience)
Eircell + Eirtrade + TEIS + Tinet = one big bloated bag full of crap
service.
Conclusion: Fire them !

btw The name may have changed but the crap is the same
