It often becomes unavailable, I don't know of any mirrors of the website,
but wine itself can be got at any sunsite.unc.edu mirror e.g.
ftp://susite.doc.ic.ac.uk/Mirrors/sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/ALPHA/wine
