[ILUG] Venue for Dublin meeting in December.

Just checked with the college authorities.  Saturday 4th is ok provided
we are out of the building by 6.  So, how about starting at 13:30
instead.
Still waiting on official confirmation confirmation of building
availability but
it looks like we're on.
