I've installed the latest XFCOM server for Voodoo, and Q3 runs
OK in it. Too bad 200MHz K6 & a Banshee isn't enough for me
to enjoy this game. After playing Q3 (at lowest *everything*)
and UT (at 800x600+many neat options), I must say the Unreal
engine rules. And there are more imaginative weapons in UT :)

(If you're playing a deathmatch FPS, you either want total
realism in the armament department, or totally crazy, over
the top big-badaboom-weapons - Q3 is just somewhere in the
middle. Boring!)

Even though they pulled the Linux binaries from the UT
release, I think I'll go for Tournament first. That way I can
actually play the game :)

(If only I had a GeForce...have any of you had any luck in
compiling XFree86 3.9.x for TNT?)
