No catch : 17 quid a months gets you unlimited offpeak calls, including
18:00 - 08:00 and all weekend. No call charges whatsoever, no matter how
many times you disconnect and reconnect, or how long you stay on for.

There are minor problems with busy signals, but nothing major. Throughput
and latency are good, and connection speeds are 44-48k every time.

The only possible catch uis that it authenticates using caller ID from
a single nominated number, namely your home phone. This means that you can't
call from anywhere else without taking a day or so to ring them and tell
them to transfer. A minor point, but worth mentioning.
