Mutt 1.1.1 can handle multiple folders/usernames. Just define folders
like:
mailboxes {me at mailhost}inbox {drjolt at redbrick.dcu.ie}inbox
You can specify the passwords in the mailbox names too. I think you can
have multiple imap_pass entries, but I don't remember...
etc.
