The gov.de ? Now, that'd make _me_ suspicious.
However, this is typical for ANY government. Whatever they can get away
with. I've just read an irlgov report on "Illegal and harmful use of the
internet" and, while it doesn't actually _endorse_ censorship and
anti-crypto laws, the undertones are quite going there. All to "protect
children", of course. Fsck.
