I currently have a DEC Alpha OpenVMS box which prints to a
physical Postscript printer over the network.
I want to change the printer to point to a shared 'printer' on
a Solaris machine, which takes the printouts and spools them
to files that can be accessed and read/printed on any platform.
Something like postscript is ideal.
So, first of all how do I add a new printer-queue on the OpenVMS
machine that points to a shared 'printer' on the Solaris box,
and secondly how do I set up a printer entry on the Solaris box
that passes the data to a postscript generator?
If anyone who can help with this I will be very grateful.
