auto mounter daemon.
'Auto mounts' stuff if you say 'cd' into a drive (directory)
that is under the 'auto mount' stuff.

See /etc/rc.d directories, probably rc2.d and rc3.d directorys.
A file called S<insert number here>amd is probably there.
rm it.
