Not exactly. It was more like a non-denial denial.

With all due respect Mike, M$ products have been repeatedly proven
insecure. Other potential weakpoints in the M$ systems exist but the
discovery of annotations in the code leads to even greater unease. NSA
tends to infiltrate where ever and when ever they can. M$ is an easy
target as was Lotus with the spiked Lotus Notes. It would be highly
unusual if an OS shipped M$ was actually secure. If you can remember
back to the M$ PTP tunnelling fiasco, you will recall that M$ never has
had a good reputation for crypto.
